At CHOP, we pride ourselves in preparing nurturing meals with only the freshest whole ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. Our innovative kitchen serves pure filtered ice as well as salads and fruits washed in purified water. They use all natural sea salt and never ever MSG!
Creative sustainability is at the very heart of our ethos. Our in-house chefs are local Sierra Leoneans who take pride in their kitchen and the food they create. In addition, we periodically invite guest chefs from around the world to introduce new menu items that can be produced and sourced locally.
